SAvE TO DRAFT (2) Two Types Food Healty & Sweet Dessert Food With Recipe



*Sweet potato & banana & sago

Mix fruits with some sago and milk, serve chilled, for a light and refreshing snack.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: No not cooking this ! Desert food

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:
5 banana saba, cubed , ½ kg camote (sweet potatoes), cubed
, 1 cup cooked sago , ½ cup water , ¼ kg sugar ,2 pandan leaves
 , 1 cup NESTLÉ FRESH  , crushed ice

Procedure:
Cook banana, camote and sago in water with sugar and pandan leaves for 10 minutes or until tender. Set aside sugar syrup for later use. Put cooked banana and camote in a bowl. Add some sago and reserved sugar syrup if desired.
Pour in some NESTLÉ FRESH Milk and add crushed ice. Serve .



Recipes Of Talbos of sayote Food


Introduce your family to the nutritious talbos ng sayote, and surprise them with its flavor.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:  
2 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic ,
1 medium onion, sliced, 100g ground pork, 100g chopped shrimp, optional , 1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, 1 tbsp patis
, 4-5 cups talbos ng sayote (sayote tops) ,¼ cup water or as needed

Procedure:
Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic and onion until limp.
Stir in pork and shrimp. Cook until pork turns white and shrimp turns pink in color.
Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and patis. 
Add talbos ng sayote. Cook for 1 minute adding water if necessary.
Remove from heat and transfer on a serving platter.
